From the news pics posted of the CTC #1, it looks like she's either got a partial storage cargo still on board, or she's ballasted down. Seems a bit unusual if she is in fact just sitting there waiting to be scrapped, you'd expect her to be pumped out and empty, and sitting much higher in the water. It will be a shame to see her go though, with the Willowglen gone, she's the last basically unmodified Maritimer, and from recent pictures I've seen, she's a lot more intact inside than I had expected.
