Most likely she'll go overseas for scrapping when she goes, so Montreal is a good place to lay her up and wait for the tug, rather than having to tow her down the Seaway at a later date. The price of scrap metal has taken a nosedive this year though, so I'm guessing she could sit for a while before they sell her.
