Busy Sandusky

I was at Cedar Point in Sandusky today, and I saw that the coal dock in Sandusky was super busy. It's the busiest I've ever seen it. One boat was docked, and one was waiting behind it. It was a Canada Steamship Lines freighter. It left, and a third boat came down the channel to wait behind the second. I believe the boat coming in was the Rt. Hon. Paul J. Martin of Canada Steamship Lines. Does anyone know why the dock would be so busy today? It's usually dead.
