It was pretty common practice for USS to re-use "stuff" from other boats that have been scrapped. I think just about everything gets removed and put in storage before the salvors come and get it, unless the stuff on board is part of the deal. For example, the dishwasher on the Gott is the exact same as what was on the Clymer.
