Sorry I wasnt clear. As I will be a new officer to the Great Lakes and have been told that my job on deck will be spotting aft for the Captain while making locks (Canal and Seaway). I was hoping maybe someone would have some expertise and be able to share some knowledge on it, like what sides to be ready to spot on for each lock. Was hoping to be some what ready for it as not to look so "green"! Thanks for any tips.
