I heard the Mackinaw was in Cleveland for a ceremony to get a new commanding officer. Anyone know why Commander Little was replaced. Met him at the Coast Guard Festival a few years ago. He was a very nice man. I suppose this is just routine change of command. Would appreciate anyone's info on this matter.
