The HHJ is owned by Algoma Shipping, it's a subsidary of Algoma Central Marine. CSL commercially manages the vessel for Algoma for part of their international self-unloading fleet. Marbulk is also part of the CSL pool (most vessels are atleast), and also 50% owned between the two companies. The vessels trade on the east and west coast's of North America.
