I do not believe the Hamilton Transfer (Formerly Olgebay Norton) was ever registered. when it served as a transfer barge in Hamilton it did not have a working engine. It was towed from Port Weller to Hamilton , used as a transfer barge and then the forebody was cut away at Heddle Marine. The Forebody was then mated with the aft end of the Canadian Explorer. Then when it came back into service as the Canadian Transfer it was registered
