Gerry: For years I have tried to get a solid answer to that question, and I am yet to find any evidence that she was ever registered under the name Hamilton Transfer. Further to this, the Transport Canada website usually will show if a vessel was registered and then the documentation closed. But in the case of the Hamilton Transfer, when you enter the request, it comes back "Vessel name not found".
