There is a physical for an MMD. Requirements are simple, lifting a charged fire hose, climbing a vertical ladder, stepping over high door sills, ect, you don't have to demonstrate but a doctor has to sign off that you are physically able to do those tasks. At least it was on the renewal I did last spring and when I applied for my original MMD years back. Brian
