I saw this vessel out in the bay of Green Bay Tuesday afternoon around 2 p.m. (CDT) headed either to Green Bay or Sturgeon Bay. I know the "tug" is rather indistinct (the barge and tug were well out in the bay and the sun is glinting off the tug); but did anyone in either G.B. or S.B. see this tow? - http://dlund.20m.com/Shockwave/SMC112707a.JPG - Thanks in advance. - Dick
