I've discovered that Morton Salt had a barge built in 1957 called "Morton Salt No. 1" which had a homeport of Detroit. Does anyone have a picture of this barge or know anything about its operation? Did Morton Salt have a tug or did they charter out for the service like Peerless Cement did with their clinker barge and the tugs of Becker Towing? Thanks!
