Yea, they haven't dredged near the coal dock in I dont know how long. This year already, the clarke was got stuck but not even for 10 minutes. Also the Mariner was stuck for a couple hours. All of these in the same area. Even back in 05 the Burton got stuck for a good hr and a half.
