Just an observation and a question. It seems the grain loaders in Toledo are not exactly in a hurry to get ships loaded and out. The CSL Laurentian has been sitting dockside for two days now with the loader only working a fraction of that time. Is grain loading subject to humidity and other weather concerns? Could it also be shift requirements?
