Just rumors right now. Wisconsin and Michigan Steamship doesn't have a Canadian flagged side of the company. They are a US company. The Earl W and David Z haven't been sold as of yet to Lower Lakes, they just charter them. Both boats should be fitting out with US crews working for WMSC in the next few weeks possibly.
