Last I heard ( Brian can give more info) they past something in the city to move forward. I still have not seen any work on the site and the lights in the old Lake & Rail elevator are not on anymore. So, the question is what is going on. the buffalo paper has not had anything that I have heard or seen in a while. They were hoping to start unloading grain last fall, well that can and went. Charlie
