I sailed on the White in the fall of 1973 as a deckhand. She was the second fastest boat on the lakes at the time, second only to Cliffs Victory. We did a lot of runs from Escanaba to South Chicago. She was scrapped in Pakistan as mentioned in another reply. What year was your Grandfather sailing on the White? I do remember quite a bit about the crew during my days aboard.
