The Leonard B. Miller (1910) was renamed Charles W. Galloway in 1937, Robert C. Norton (i)in 1958, and Buckeye in 1974. When she was renamed Robert C. Norton (1) in 1958, she received a boom and two traveling cranes. The only other vessel I can think of that had both a boom and cranes was the barge Marquis Roen.
