NORTH LAKE built in 1943 by Lester F. Alexander in New Orleans, LA. Bought by M.I.L. after WW2 and resold to Canadian International Paper (CIP) Cut in sections at MIL, moved by railroad, and reassembled at Lacroix Dam near Lake Baskatong also by M.I.L. employees. Renamed W.J. WILLIAMSON in 1948. Still in service as a private yacht on Baskatong Lake near Maniwaki, Que Go to the following link: http://www.tc.gc.ca/ShipRegistry/detail.asp?lang=e&VesselID=3725&category=all NORTH STAR built in 1941 also by L.F. Alexander in New Orleans. Bought after WW2 by Marine Industries Limited located at Sorel, Quebec in 1946 and renamed LE GRÈBE. Broken up at M.I.L. in 1970. NORTH WIND also built in 1941 by L.F. Alexander. Bought by M.I.L. after WW2 and renamed L'AIGLON. Broken up at M.I.L. in 1970. Photos available. André
