I picked up a paper today and the body that was discovered 3/29/07 was that of a girl, 21 , of South Range, WI. Her name was Lana Haugen, her car was found on the Blatnik Bridge in the Duluth bound lane December 24, 2006. She had a history of mental illness. Recovering the body, according to the Coast Guard, was quite difficult.
