Kerri, Skip Gilham and Gene Onchulenko put out a book on Paterson called "The Ships of the Paterson Fleet". First seven ships were 1915 D.R. Van Allen, 1920 James P. Donaldson, 1922 Mary H. Boyce, 1923 Thomas J. Drummond and J.A. McKee, 1925 Donald D. McKay and Norman M. Paterson. From there they eventually owned and ran over 70 more vessels, with most of those named after a Canadian City with the "Doc" (Dominion of Canada) at the end.
