With all the interest kicking around (truck ferry between between Oswego and Hamilton, Ontario in todays newspage), also rumors of Lake Michigan routes. What are the chances of the Viking (here in Menominee) AK Atkinson (Detour ??) and Spartan (Ludington) coming back into service?? Would it be cheaper to restore or power these ships than build all new ship?
