I'm a frequent visitor to the Soo Locks web cams. Over the course of the last few weeks I've noticed some sort of structure that resembles a white quonset hut go up between the Poe and Davis locks on the upper end of the locks. I don't recall seeing it earlier in the year. Any information as to what it is??
