This morning I saw a tug called the Islay blocked up at the old shipyard grounds in Manitowoc. Does anyone know anything about it or when and how it got here? Baldy B is still on the blocks at the yard and the Racine is in the river. Why are all of these old tugs suddenly in Manitowoc?
