Steve: Examine image to locate the clear deck area (Where there is no hatch opening)that's where a superstructure will later be erected. If there are hatch openings aft of this area it's the Cliffs Victory. If there are no such openings it's one of the other that I believe came up the Mississippi before the Corps of Engineers ceased operating the mobile bridge winches to allow large low hulls to pass.
