Your car already has an electronic circuit that essentially does the same thing. Current flows from the battery and returns to it via the chassis and it still rusts. At one time cars were all positive ground as it was felt the reverse flow of electrons would prevent rust. Now virtually all cars are negative ground as they still rust but slower. Good body maintenance will help keep your car in good shape and at the same cost as this "magic box".
