Tug Avenger IV and PML 9000 loaded slabs in Detroit last week and were at Algoma Steel unloading yesterday. It looks like they will be loading coils on a return trip. Why is it that this traffic or other barge movements are never recorded on the Sault Ste. Marie vessel passage?
