Honestly, I haven't been to Port Colburne in about 5 or 10 years. Every time there's something interesting to see, it's always at the West end of the ditch. I usually time it that way to get it in lock 3. I skipped going to see the Enterprise and the Frantz because I shot them so much when they were here, I figured I had them covered, but the Block is different, I've never seen it before. What direction did they dig the Slips? In from the Canal on an angle, or parallel to the canal? They must be in this swampy area to the South of the old furnace dock/wharf 17 ? Looks like it's going to be tough to get shots of the Block there. Thanks for info, would make a nice road trip this summer, I like the Niagara Hobby Shop up there and the McDonalds is always better over there.-B in B
