I was looking at pictures and information on the Sherwin, and I noticed she doesn't have a controlled pitch prop, only a fixed one. My question is how difficult is it to slow a turbine engine down, stop it and then reverse it? Seems to me that it would be a considerable undertaking to do so, instead of just reversing the pitch of the prop blades. Thanks in advance.
