Access to both sides of the Canal for photos in Port Colborne outer harbour is now severely restricted, with the recently erected fencing around the fuel dock area. Scrapping area is located immediately opposite the former Maple Leaf Mill, on the east side of the Canal, just inside the pier heads and south of wharf 16.
