Peter -- On Lake Michigan off Milwaukee, we sometimes hear vessels making securite calls while approaching Waukegan. Usually ASC boats like "Buffalo" (as Fred noted) hauling coal, I guess. I see Buffalo passed Mackinac upbound for Waukegan on Wednesday evening. Should be there now (Thursday night) perhaps?
