At the Twin Ports: Limestone that goes to CLM Superior is turned into lime. They're probably the second biggest reciever of limestone in the harbor. Limestone that goes into CN Missabe is used in the process of making taconite pellets at Minntac and Minorca. This dock is the harbor's number one handler of limestone. Limestone that goes into the Riess dock and the Hallett docks (5 & 8) is used in the process of refining sugar from sugar beets in the Red River valley, is used in the construction industry, is used as railroad bed ballast, and is used to make taconite pellets. There are probably a few other uses there that I'm missing. Limestone that goes to Northland constructors is used (you guessed it) in the construction industry.
