I've noticed over the past several years that the paint on lake boats doesn't seem to hold up very well. Does anyone know if the formulation has changed over the years? Is painting still allowed when a boat is not in dry dock? I know vessels usually get their paint by spray method while in dry dock, does anybody still roll paint on anymore? I'm sure enviornmental restrictions are a lot tougher today than in the past.
