On 4-27 an artical on News Channel appeared "Feds Must Get Busy Mapping River Changes Continued Guessing About Falling Lake Huron Is Not Good. Para. 4 of this article mentions the level difference between L. Huron and L. Erie was 30" and now is 20". I don't know where this info came from but as of yesterday the Army Corps of Engineers has the difference listed at about 6.1' (73")- 577.6' above sea level for L. Huron and 571.5' above sea level for L. Erie.
