The Canadian Vessel Registry lists ULS and Algoma as equal owners of Windoc. The same registry lists ULS and Algoma as almost equal owners of Canadian Ranger. If all the work that was done on the holds of Canadian Ranger has failed to make a revenue producer then perhaps the idea is to marry the back of that vessel with Windoc. Remember,the bow and cargo holds of Canadian Ranger go back to either Hilda Marjanne or Northern Venture
