You must be Jays son! I was lucky enough to meet both your dad and Norm. Both good men. Without Norm, I imagine the EM, Crapo and the others would have stopped sailing much sooner than they did. Been 15+ years I hope your dad is well? I always thought it unusual that on one end your dad was Chief on the Republic arguably one of the most modern boats and Norm was at the other end of the spectrum keeping the oldest technology competitive.
