Last December the Frontenac truned right there by Essroc dock. the Tad turned there earlier in the month. Both required tugs but saved on the price of the tug by the shortened timeframe it took in turning vs backing out. The Frontenac only took 1 hr and a few minutes from the time she let go to the time she was turned and heading out the river. Capt said he'd continue doing that if possible. Wayne
