Last week I noticed many semi tanker trucks at the rear of one of the laid up ships at Bay Ship, I believe it was the Jackson. Any ideas on what they would have been loading onto the ship? One was a Halron tanker which I figured was fuel but the others had no markings and there had to be at least 8 that were gathered there in the twenty minutes that I watched. The next morning the ship was back to work and missing from Bay Ship, she was docked alongside the Lee Tregurtha if that helps ID her. Just curious, the tankers had black residue around the top caps looked like tar similar to that used in commercial roofing. Well thanks- Greg
