I saw that the Stewart Cort is getting a fresh coat of paint. My question is this. I may be wrong but it looks like they are always painting these boats in the water. Why don't they do that in the dry dock? Is it because of the cost and time to set up the dry dock? And if they are painting on the water what do they do from a pollution stand point, what does the local DNR have to say about this practice? Thanks for your time.
