Looks like the CINDY MARIE, an old Vinette tug. I believe her owner bought the Detroit diesel (6 or 8-71) from the Corps at action (DRMS probably) that came out of the tug HAMMOND BAY and it was then put into this tug, or atleast intended for this boat. Maybe Harvey can confirm this?
