I don't show Frank J. Stuller as serving on the B. F. Affleck. However, I have the following boat assignments for Frank J. Stuller: Wheelsman, Samuel F. B. Morse (1941); Third Mate, Rensselaer (1944); Third Mate, George A. Sloan (1947); Second Mate, General Orlando M. Poe (1948); Second Mate, Cornell (1949); Second Mate, General Orlando M. Poe (1950); Second Mate, William A. McGonagle (1953); Second Mate, Horace Johnson (1956); Second Mate, Ralph H. Watson (1958); First Mate, William J. Filbert (1965); First Mate, Percival Roberts Jr. (1966); First Mate, Richard V. Lindabury (1967); First Mate, John Hulst (1968); First Mate, Governor Miller (1969); Captain, Henry H. Rogers (1970); Captain, Henry H. Rogers (1971); Captain, Peter A. B. Widener (1971); Captain, William B. Schiller (1972); Captain, D. M. Clemson (1973); Captain, Eugene P. Thomas (1974); Captain, Ralph H. Watson (1975); and Captain, Eugene P. Thomas (1976). I have no listings for him after 1976 so I assume that was his last year on the boats. He was sailing out of Lorain, Ohio (at least in the 1950s). All of the boats listed above were operated by Pittsburgh Steamship/United States Steel.
