The owner and the tug company who hauled her up to DeTour are in court over a dispute over the towing bill and the judge has decided that the AKA cannot be moved in any fashion until a decision is rendered. Interlakes Steamship who ownes the dock she is moored at would like to have her removed, but even they cannot touch her. Hench, she is considered "under arrest" and no one can touch her at all.
