Kent Malo's photo in the May 20 public gallery shows a pilot change on the CSL Laurentian off Trois Rivieres. I know salties have pilots from Father Point (?) all the way to the Lakehead, but I thought Canadian boats didn't require pilots in the River or on the Lakes. If that's not the case, where are pilots required? I know they're not on board in the MoLO section of the Seaway.
