I believe an exception to this rule would be the Presque Isle. I heard a rumor once that she needed a full crew because the tug was not seaworthy without the barge running in combo-is this true? I would think that her size would dictate more manpower for maintenance and cleaning and the like anyway. Thanks, EJB
