With all the reconstruction work going on with the Maumee?,..who I assume would still need a 5 year following all the repair work,....would it have not been more practical for GR/LLT to have purchased the Frantz and just done the 5 year than to have invested in reconstruction of a similar aged vessel? Is it doubtfull that the Frantz would have passed her 5 year?
