I've recently aquired Alan Hoxies personal photos, newsclipping etc and am putting together a 3 part article on his career I've got a couple questions that I'm hoping someone might have some ideas on, He was supposed to have started his career on the HM Avery possibly a lumber schooner and am looking for more information on that ship, Also Are there any exisitng records of assignments of Masters that lists by Captains name rather then by ship or company? and the 3rd question I have is What was the relationship between the Sand Products Corp and the Wisconsin Michigan Steamship Co? Any help in pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.
