Somewhat old news. See http://cementamericas.com/mag/cement_cemex_buzzi_cut/ It appears terminals are part of the deal, but there will have to be an American holding company formed to operate Cemex's American floating plant. None of St. Mary's present fleet can be reflagged, so I'm assuming the *Challenger* is safe. For now.
