Hi Dale You might try getting in touch with someone at the Ministry of Transportation in Kingston, local regional office 1-613-544-2220 ask for marine ferry service, Shore Engineer. They may have the hull plans on file at there office. If that does not work out try Wolfe Island Ferry Office 1-613-548-2641 or Amherst Island Ferry which is operated by Loyalist Township 1-613-389-3393. There might be someone they that can help you.
