Peter - same VIKING. It acquired the name VIKING ONE in the abortive ferry project because it was going into international registry and there is already a VIKING somewhere else, which didn't matter as long as the ferry ran between US ports only. The ship was spirited out of Port Stanley in the dead of night as the project collapsed... then languished in Erie PA for many months before being towed back up the Lakes to languish further. Her hull is sound and her engines run, but she'd need a lockful of money to bring to current regs and standards.
