I noticed in the moving of JP's forebody the tugs Progress, Vac and Sea Hound were used. Last weekend i was at the canal and docked in Port Colborne were the tugs Commodore Straits and a new one for me, Salvage Monarch, which at first glance appeared to be an Ocean Groupe tug. I figured they were awaiting the tow of JP, but apparently not. Anyone have an idea of why they were there? thanks in advance, Matt
